Cancellation Policy
Please read policies in full, as you accept these terms when booking.
Cancellations:
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will have a 30% fee. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service, which must be paid before another appointment is booked.
Late Policy:
If you are 10 minutes late, I may not be able to complete your service as planned, and we will need to alter the service to fit the time left or reschedule. Appointments needing to be rescheduled may include a 30% reschedule fee.
Service Adjustments:
I want every client to be satisfied with the services I provide. If there is something you aren’t completely happy with, please let me know during, or up to 7 days after your appointment. I am more than happy to make any necessary adjustments for you, given that it contributes to what was discussed and agreed upon during the consultation.
